The Coyote Pride Marching Band Readies For a New Season
Over one-hundred Campo Verde musicians, directors, and staff members gathered during the summer in preparation for the upcoming marching band season. The rigorous summer schedule helped the band members get in shape while learning formations and music for upcoming performances.
These highly talented musicians demonstrated their physical and mental strength during the twelve-hour daily practices one week before the school year. The Coyote Pride Marching Band is recognized as being one of the best high school marching bands in the state of Arizona and band Director, Matt Kozacek, and Assistant Director, Taylor Mitchell plan to replenish the band’s rank this season.
The marching band’s first performance is on game night this Friday and the band members are ready to help provide the traditional football atmosphere that makes high school football so great.
