Winter Guard

Congratulations to the members of the Winter Guard Program (WGP) for delivering remarkable performances during the Winter Classic Tournament last Saturday. The varsity team performed their show “Revolution,” claiming second place and the JV team won third place after their stunning performance called “Stay.”

Amanda Flores, the Caption Head for the WGP, explained that the show “Revolution,” depicts “someone who is trapped and trying to break free.” By contrast, the show “Stay,” displays the “back and forth of young love,” according to Ms. Flores. The varsity team will be performing their show in Vegas, during the WGI power regional in March. Undoubtedly, the ongoing hard work, passion, and commitment invested by the members of the WGP will lead them to a successful season.

Winter Drumline

On February the 23rd, during the Winter Classic Tournament, the Winter Drumline performed their show “After the Fall,” and took first place. Congratulations to all the members of the CVIPE!

Central Region Honor Band
