Championships Celebration and the Coyote Pride Marching Band Culture

This past weekend marked a record for the Coyote Pride Marching Band as they achieved 1st Place in the AzMBA Class Championships on 11/9/19 at CVHS and the Bronze Award in the Grand Championships at Mesa Community College on 11/10/19! The band students have put in countless hours this season perfecting their skills and strengthening the team culture, which is evidenced by the dozens of awards earned this fall. Music has played a big role in developing this healthy culture and is a fundamental part of being a human. Think about it, whenever people gather together for any reason, music is present and a part of our everyday lives. Though the competitive marching band season has drawn to a close, the beat goes on...... WE ARE the CVHS Coyote Pride Marching Band all year long and proudly represent the Coyote Pride Culture in our town, school district, state, nation, and world.

Special thanks to the band directors, staff, parents, volunteers, CVHS Administration, and BPO for their devotion to our students and for supporting this thriving program. Without your belief and generosity, the band would not have achieved this recognition or growth. We have much to celebrate and oh so much to be thankful for at this time of year.
